OFFERING · CERRO LAS RANAS - EL SALVADOR COFFEE
Caramelized Honey Graham + Citrus Cream + Dark Chocolate
CERRO LAS RANAS comes from Apaneca in Ahuachapán, El Salvador, a region shaped by volcanic loam soil, high elevation, and a long tradition of careful coffee production. The name means “Hill of Frogs,” taken from the farm’s lagoon where thousands of frogs live throughout the property. Produced by Jose Antonio Salaverria and the JASAL family operation, this coffee reflects meticulous farm management, careful cherry selection, and a honey process that builds sweetness while keeping the cup structured.
COFFEE PROFILE
Medium bodied, smooth, and approachable with a warm sweetness at the center. Caramelized honey opens the cup with a dark and richly sweet flavor, graham settles underneath, and dark chocolate gives the profile a rounded base before citrus cream adds a gentle brightness and creaminess to the finish.
