Part of our Summer 2022 limited release line, Inza, Colombia is nearly an ideal place to grow specialty coffee. The Andes Mountains create a dense tropical climate with an altitude of 2000 meters above sea level, while the Cauca River supplies fertile soil for high quality coffee to thrive. Inza's growing region faces the Pacific Ocean, where variations in temperature affect the ripening of coffee cherries. Because of this geography, Inza is celebrated for its high acidity and pleasant coffee offerings.
